Seared scallops, pea & spinach puree (GF) 

Ham hock, pickled carrot & mustard terrine, toasted sourdough 

Buffalo mozzarella & plum tomatoes, balsamic glaze (V) (GF) 

Roasted red pepper & tomato soup (VE) (GF) 

 

Main: 

Beef fillet, red wine jus & seasonal vegetables 

Roast pork medallion, mustard & sage jus, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables (GF) 

Baked salmon & prawns, hollandaise sauce, seasonal vegetables  

Butternut squash & sweet potato risotto, peas, sage (VE) (GF)

Assiette of chocolate – Opera cake, truffle torte & baked chocolate tart
